Hello, Everyone! My name is Jackson Mahler, and I've been writing stories and poetry since I was 7 years old. I've also been an avid gamer from a very young age, leading to some incredible life experiences. Not only did I have the honor of being the best man at one of my closest online friends' wedding two years ago (I took two flights to reach his hometown), but I also won a battle royale tournament in 2015 that funded my university education.

 

In 2016, I attended the Vancouver Film School for Game Design and learned extensively about creating video games. After graduating, I received my Diploma in Game Design. During my time there, I enrolled in an extracurricular course on quality RPGs. Little did I know that the course would involve playing Dungeons & Dragons 3.5. It was an awesome experience, and I owe much gratitude to our exceptional Dungeon Master, Kristopher, who inspired me to become a DM as well. I will never forget my first D&D character, a Half-Elf Ranger.

For the past four years, I've been running D&D games, writing adventures, creating creatures, and thoroughly enjoying every moment. During this time, I've also worked at two game studios in the Vancouver area. In 2018, while on vacation, an extraordinarily vivid dream inspired the original concept for this book and The Summoner Class. I quickly penned almost 25 pages of details in a single day, marking the beginning of my journey to create my first book—this book: "Tales of Rolcaria: Dark Trinity."

I've always dreamed of becoming the author or creator of a fantasy world, and this project is turning that dream into reality. Once this book is successfully funded, I'll be thrilled to invite people to explore the lands and interact with the characters I've crafted.
